Marijuana tax revenue is up about 43 percent for February 2019 over February 2018, according to data published Monday by the Alaska Department of Revenue.

Here is the latest marijuana tax data for February 2019:

• Bud and flower: 21,265 ounces for tax revenue of $1,063,249 at $50 per ounce

• Immature/seedy/failed: 7,060 ounces for tax revenue of $176,509 at $25 per ounce.

• Trim: 19,867 ounces for $298,011 of tax revenue at $15 per ounce.

• Number of clones sold: 1,360 for $1,360 in tax revenue at $1 per clone.

• Total tax revenue for February 2019: $1,539,128

For comparison, here is the data for February 2018 (tax rates are the same):

• Bud and flower: 13,811 ounces for $690,539

• Immature/seedy/failed: 0 ounces

• Trim: 12,525 ounces for $187,873

• Number of clones: 0

• Total tax revenue for February 2018: $878,412
